They are the winners of the contest “Innovators under 35”, organised by the magazine “Technology Review”, the German edition of “MIT Technology Review”. One year after Factory opened, Germany’s biggest startup campus celebrates its anniversary with big news. The 16,000 square meter technology campus based in Berlin-Mitte will expand with a modern, four-storied glass building in order to fill the demand for its ever-growing startup community. Factory celebrates this expansion with an official groundbreaking ceremony on July 4th. The new Factory Coworking Space will be opened on the same day, as the last step in Factory’s endeavor to cover every stage of entrepreneurship – from prototype to IPO – under one roof. Since there is a lot to celebrate on July 4th, Factory offers a great variety of programs guests can choose from: a 24-hour hackathon with partners VW, Lufthansa and Google, a startup fair as well as a birthday party.
