Marley Spoon raises €15 million
Berlin-based food box delivery service Marley Spoon raises another €15 million. In addition to existing investors, Luxor Capital, QD Ventures and Kreos Capital joined the round. So did GMPVC German Media Pool which agreed on a media for equity deal worth €40 million. The investment will be used to launch in Australia.
eKomi acquires Reputami
Berlin-based and Goldman Sachs-invested eKomi, which focusses on customer and product feedback, bought online reputation management provider Reputami. Together they want to become a one-stop-reputation solution for clients. Acquisition details have not been shared.

Different to services such as DeliveryHero, Hungr’s approach was to let users pick their meal first and then match them with the company to order it. Even though the startup raised €500,000, it has to shut down now.
Frank Thelen invests in flying cars
Frank Thelen’s investment firm e42 invests in Munich-based Lilium Aviation. While the amount is unknown, this figure was shared: the investment company received 15 per cent of the company’s shares. The company builds a flying car that starts and lands vertically. However, you’ll still need a sports pilot license.

Prettysocial receives pretty investment
Being founded in 2013, Munich-based Prettysocial Media bought Denmark-based e-commerce company Atosho this February. Now, it’s time to announce some funding news: ERMAK Group from London invested a seven figure amount. Prettysocial offers branded content to the news stream of publishers.
