Deutsche Post acquired startup and builds its own electrical cars

Deutsche Post wants to deliver its mail the electrical way – with electrical cars to be specific. While one would think it shouldn’t be too hard to find such vehicles nowadays, Deutsche Post had to acquire the Aachen-based startup Streetscooter in 2014 in order to build the transporters it was looking for.
