A great team makes a great startup. Building a startup requires building and managing a team that is able to successfully master the ups and downs of such an unknown journey. Providing the right framework that will make a team strong presumes a good understanding of people, their strengths and weaknesses as well as their underlying motivation and relationship dynamics. The experts Darja Gutnick and Khan Reaz will talk about interesting topics in order to help participants form great teams.
