Start-up Week Dusseldorf

Between 4/11/16 and 4/17/16 the start-up unit of the Dusseldorf Economic Development Department will bring together and present the enthusiasm and start-up spirit of the state capital at the first start-up week in Dusseldorf. There will be 36 workshops, pitches, seminars, network conferences and presentations all over the city. These events are addressed to start-ups, investors and mentors.
Google Launchpad Week Munich 3

Google Launchpad Week is a boot camp for early stage startups focusing on critical startup topics: product strategy and business development, user experience and user interface, technology, marketing and presentation skills. Each day is dedicated to a specific topic and structured around overview talks and one-on-one mentorships sessions with top-notch external and Google internal mentors. The goal is to achieve rapid progress in a very short time.

TechSummits (hosted by LeaseWeb) have been taking place for a couple of years now. The conference format started in Amsterdam – 2016 the event will also take place in the US and in Berlin. Speakers from tech companies, online retailers and the media come to share their latest ideas. This year’s theme, Designing for Scalability, is sure to stimulate some fascinating discussions. Some speakers of this year include Adam Surak (Algolia), Matthias Rampke (Soundcloud) or Alex Schoof (Fugue). Food & drinks are included all day.

Watch five to six companies show-off their technology and demo exciting products – web, mobile, cars, 3D printers, you name it. Demos will typically be five minutes, followed by a five-minute Q&A. Afterwards, speakers and attendees get together for some chat and drinks. Berlin Tech Meetup aims at bringing out new ideas and helping build the Berlin technology ecosystem, facilitated by the industry’s best and most successful companies.
