Google opens Google for Entrepreneurs in Berlin

After having a obviously quite successful time at the Factory in Berlin, Google announced it will open a startup program Google for Entrepreneurs in Berlin Kreuzberg’s Umspannwerk. It’s the seventh location worldwide. The place will be 2,400 m2. However, Google Campus will not be a place to look for investments – that only works through Google Ventures, the company underlined.

Caterwing’s CEO leaves the company

Berlin-based Rocket Internet-backed Caterwings will see a change of CEOs: Sebastian Kloss will leave the company and his previous Bain & Company consultant, Stephan Grund, who worked in this position for two months, will take over. Susannah Belcher will support him. Caterwings is a market place for private people and businesses to find caterers for events and has raised several millions since it started last September.
