Bjooli filed for bankruptcy

Bjooli, a startup that provides spare parts for antique cars, filed for bankruptcy in November 2016. The reason? An anticipated investment round did not take place and the company was missing a strategic partner to help them scale their website. The website has since been taken offline.

Studydrive raises 1.5 – 2 million euros

Carsten Maschmeyer, known from the German startup TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen" (DHDL), invested in Studydrive, an education startup that lets students exchange study material, via VC Seed and Speed. Amadeus Venture Capital also invested in the startup, as did several business angels. According to Studydrive's co-founder, Sven Gasper, the investment is between 1.5 – 2 million euros (1.6 million USD)
