As the weather heats up, so does the Berlin events calendar – this week is shaping up to be one of the most exciting of the year so far, with massive photo hack days, meetup mashups with Amen and Gidsy, discussions of the future of gaming and our very first App Olympics! If you want to step into the future of gaming, get to the Developer Garden TechTalk on Thursday. Daniel Meixner, Developer Evangelist at Microsoft Deutschland, will present the possibilities of gesture and voice command in the Microsoft Kinect SDKs and the Kinect hardware, then Martin Herrmann from TU Dresden gives a brief introduction to the different types of gestures and their importance in interaction between humans and computers before a live demonstration.
