Stacktrace Berlin RC.5 – Peter Grosskopf (Chief Development Officer at Hitfox)
Date: 08 December 2014
Place: hub:raum Campus, Berlin
At Stacktrace, CTOs go deeply into the technical stack and explain in an informal atmosphere how they scaled, justify their choices and share their failures and mistakes. Beside the technical scaling, a company scales in employees, code management etc, so management tasks increase greatly. How do they deal with that?
The fifth ‘release candidate’ of Stacktrace Berlin will be presented on 8 December 2014, 7pm. This time the speaker will be Peter Grosskopf, Chief Development Officer at Hitfox. Since May 2014, Peter is working as Chief Development Officer, responsible for technical operations and strategic roadmap that will pave HitFox’s way towards that goal. He is already experienced in growing a company from “zero to hero” as he founded a software engineering consultancy based in Münster called Zweitag, growing from 2 to 27 employees in 5 years. Peter is a very active member of Berlin’s tech scene, participating in as well as organising networking and tech events. He has a unique approach in creating a productive company culture that enables people to join the team and grow together with it. Peter is currently actively working on the vision to set HitFox well on the way of becoming a major tech player in Berlin.
For the Stacktrace Christmas Edition there will be some winter goodies waiting for you, like mulled wine and cookies. Stacktrace is a “developers only” event, organized by webcrowd, your local tech recruitment company managed by geeks.

Coming up with an MVP to learn early and improve your product seems quite natural for startups today.
