WORKSHOP: How to avoid legal pitfalls when raising VC financing

The workshop will provide an overview of important steps in the process of VC backed financing rounds. The focus will be on explaining the early financing rounds and the changes that come with them. In particular participants will learn about typical and usual terms implemented in financing rounds and their economic and legal consequences for the parties involved. Urban Sports World Cup

The Urban Sports World Cup will be taking place in Berlin a few weeks before this summer’s World Cup. 16 teams (each representing one country) playing 42 games on 4 pitches over one day.
