Hundreds of attendees came together at the Inside Bitcoins New York event, complete with networking and discussions on replacing an archaic financial system, freedom of speech, and the Bitcoin revolution. Now, the conference and expo is heading to Berlin – held on February 12-13th, the event will explore the growth of virtual currencies, FinTech business trends, investment strategies, and more. The programme is designed to provide an overview of where the virtual currency industry is today, while a panel of top VCs will discuss what business opportunities are on the horizon.

The WEFOUND World Women Startup and Entrepreneurs Foundation aims to empower women to found companies and grow their wealth. On 12 February, female founders and founders-to-be will gather to listen to a Forbes nominated speaker, hear Berlin founders pitch and network with a crowd that includes accelerators, entrepreneurs, incubators and investors. Launched last September, 150 members have already joined the WEFOUND network.
13th eBay Tech Talk

The 13th eBay Tech Tak will take place on February 13th at Mobilesuite in Berlin. Participants can expect two presentations of 30 minutes: the first about “Portfolio Kanban – How eBay Kleinanzeigen builds products” and the second about Continuous Delivery at mobile.de. Startup Weekend Film Industry

Online Marketing Rockstars

4YFN is a four-day, hands-on experience focusing on mobile entrepreneurship and innovation. Created by Mobile World Capital, the event is devoted to mobile startups and entrepreneurs and will bring together experts, investors, communities, incubators and accelerators from around the globe. Martin Varsavsky, founder and CEO of fon, will take to the stage as the event’s keynote speaker. Held in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress, the 4YFN tickets also include a one-day EVP pass to the Mobile World Congress on Thursday 27 February.
START Summit – Application period ends February 14th!

With more than 450 participants the START Summit St. Gallen is Switzerland’s biggest entrepreneurship conference. Top-notch speakers including Morten Lund, Klaus Hommels and Evernote MD Europe Cristina Riesen will be present and there will be the opportunity to join inspiring tech and business workshops run by Swisscom, Rocket Internet or AxelSpringer. Startups have the chance to win 10,000 CHF at the Public Pitching. They are also invited to participate in Speed Pitching with investors and in Speed Dating with other startups. Along with the extensive conference programme, the ticket price also includes full catering, accommodation in a St. Gallen student college, the after party and free bus transfer.
