17. April 2012–
If you’ve been dreaming of an “elevator pitch” moment, then you’re in luck.
At the Heureka! web conference on May 7, 24 founding teams will win a place in a speedpitching session with 12 top web investors. At best, you’ll land the financing you need; at worst, you’ll receive feedback from some of the best minds in the business.
Applications are now open via email@example.com and close on April 27. Read on for who’ll be listening and how to apply.
Fast pitching, big ideas
Heureka!’s speedpitching session will be split into two groups, one for early-stage and one for late-stage funding. Each of the 24 participating startups will have five minutes to discuss their idea with each of the six investors in their group.
Participating investors will include representatives from:
- Project A Ventures
- eVenture Capital
- Mountain Partners
- Hommels Holding (Klaus Hommels)
- Acton Capital
- Passion Capital (Stefan Glaenzer)
- Target Partners
How to win a spot
Gründerszene and VentureVillage will select the 24 best-suited startup teams to take part in the session. To apply, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what your project’s about, what your unique selling point is, and the kind of investment you’re interested in (seed funding, growth funding etc).
You don’t need a Heureka! ticket to apply for the session but you will need one to take up your place – and will be able to claim our startup discount if you haven’t already done so.
How startups can buy tickets
