Have a cool startup? Pitch at the European Parliament with Unconvention 2013

Update: The deadline for InnoPitch has been extended until 20 May.

Ready to get some in-depth feedback and advice on your business idea? On  6-7 June, InnoPitch – a pan-European pitch competition for early-stage entrepreneurs –  will be held in Brussels at the EU Parliament as part of the annual Unconvention event organised by the European Young Innovators Forum (EYIF).

InnoPitch offers selected European entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their creative ideas to a panel of industry experts and audience of EU investors and leaders.

The six finalists will receive comprehensive feedback from the expert panel, which includes Seedcamp Partner Carlos Eduardo Espinal, Amadeus Capital‘s Chief Executive and cofounder Anne Glover and European Investment Fund‘s Matthias Ummenhofer, paid accommodation in Brussels for the duration of Unconvention and free advertising on the EYIF website.  Interested? The application deadline closes on 18 May.

Headquartered in Brussels, EYIF is an independent, non-profit association that was launched at a joint European Parliament, European Commission and Council of Europe event in 2010. Like the EU Commission’s Startup Europe initiative, EYIF’s aim is to foster entrepreneurship in the region and encourage more risk-taking with regards to innovation.
