Trifacta, a world-class startup from San Francisco, is looking for a talented and dedicated Frontend Engineer to join our team in Germany. You will work as part of a team that builds end-to-end functionality, turning UI mockups into polished, production-ready features and prototyping novel user interface concepts. Above all, your work will impact how the world works with data.

What we are looking for

  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience developing, debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications
  • Experience with object-oriented design
  • Experience with REST and web service design
  • English language fluency and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent teamplayer

Bonus Points

  • Data visualization experience, e.g. with D3, SVG, Canvas
  • Experience with MVC frameworks, e.g. Backbone or Angular
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Node.js
  • UI design experience

Your responsibilities

  • Write elegant and efficient code that powers our user-friendly web application
  • Collaborate with our designers and implement their novel solutions to data transformation problems
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team in our office in Berlin, Germany
