We need help growing and nurturing our team so that we can continue building the standard for personalized sound, making it accessibility to everybody worldwide. Mimi Hearing Technology is developing a data driven experience that tests your ears, protects your ears, and adjusts sound to your ears. As one of the most promising startups in this field our innovations are rooted deeply in technology and science.

The Mimi team is a diverse group of innovators with strong expertise in audio- and sound
engineering, product, communication and business design. Our skills are deeply rooted in
science, psychoacoustics and engineering. A few facts:

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire recruiting and hiring process:
    – Creating and revising job requirements and job descriptions;
    – Pre-selection, candidate interviews and documentation
  • Onboarding of new employees including preparation of work spaces, sending all necessary information post-contract signing, informing the team of a new employee’s arrival, and facilitating a smooth transition into Mimi
  • Supporting our international employees with German paperwork, visas, registrations, and other bureaucracy
  • Employee training and development:
    – Scheduling and conducting regular job evaluations/ feedback talks
    – Analyzing training needs to improve performance and productivity
    – Actively promoting the company culture and designing employee development
  • Developing and continuously monitoring HR policies and procedures
  • Developing of an Employer Branding strategy

You bring to the table

  • You have gained at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • In depth knowledge of German labor regulations and laws
  • Hands-on mentality with strong organisational skills
  • Team-oriented, willing to pitch in and help out whenever needed
  • You feel comfortable working in a developing, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial
  • environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
