We are looking to expand our team of super heroes working daily to drive growth and excellence of Iosis products and services. Therefore we are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic sales person to join our growing sales team. This position is part of an integrated strategy that may include, but is not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, working publisher and e-commerce verticals lead lists. This role will include proactive prospecting and will email and make calls and to potential Iosis customers (publishers, bloggers, e-commerce shops, gaming portals) to introduce our SaaS solution, log call and information into CRM and set up demos and appointments for outside Sales Team. This position will also assist in development of presentations and proposals for the Sales team.

YOUR TASKS

  • Create target lists for e-commerce and publishing
  • Prospecting, qualifying, processing and follow-up on lead and appointment setting for external sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing team and CEO to develop lead generation strategies
  • Initiates lead / demand generation strategies that include inbound / outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and their follow-through with the lead prospect
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
  • Effectively communicate and present the solution and value proposition to customers
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / weekly sales
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry
  • Achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales Telemarketing in a gaming, education, internet or solutions selling environment is required, preferably within a technology industry 
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software (including proficiency in working with a CRM) is highly preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and skilled in “Selling via Phone” 
  • Experience selling technical and integrated IT solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment
  • Must have experience selling technology based product and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value added selling approaches, as well as be familiar and experienced with large ticket long sales cycle 
  • Competitive, assertive personality with ability to operate effectively and independently in high-pressure, high risk sales environment
  • Show a proven track record in achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas
  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
