Tasks

  • Analyse, develop, establish and implement guidelines and processes to contract various external consultants and agencies
  • Actively manage and maintain overall contract portfolio across the entire contract life-cycle
  • Evaluate, negotiate and conclude contractual agreements with external consultants and suppliers independently and support the management with hiring external contractors
  • Evaluation of going rates for external contractors
  • Analyze and monitor supply market and supplier performance (price benchmarking)
  • Assist in the Procurement workflow

Profile

  • Several years experience in working successfully in a procurement related field
  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP and Basware or similar software
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English and German language
  • Team-orientated and self-confident
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Europe
  • Report directly to the Activation Cell Lead
  • Team-orientated, self-confident, quick-learner
  • Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
