Sauce Labs is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the EMEA region to report into the Head of Marketing for EMEA. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating marketing content and programs that drive awareness and demand for Sauce Labs SaaS products. This role requires excellent communications skills as well as previous experience with various marketing channels, such as public relations, campaign management, online events, digital marketing or social media. We are looking for a high energy Marketing Specialist who is a team player and motivated to work on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute our PR strategy for the DACH and UK regions – working very closely with local and US PR agencies
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
  • Together with the PR teams – develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Edit, proofread and improve local content
  • Localization of the corporate content for EMEA needs
  • Managing the local side of social media with Xing being the strongest focus
  • Promotion of marketing campaigns like webinars, meetup/tradeshow sponsorship in various online channels
  • Manage various campaigns –  (Marketo knowledge is beneficial)
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
  • This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional to digital marketing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software company (preferably SaaS)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English
  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
  • Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Native/near native communication and writing skills in German and English
  • At least BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
