Here’s a little checklist, before you apply
- Over 5 years of professional software development experience
- The passion and skill required to build and ship high-quality software
- A big picture mentality to support solving problems from client, to server and system architecture.
- Able to visualise and communicate decisions
- Created REST APIs and developed backend services
- One or multiple environments including: Scala, Node.js, Java, .NET, Go or Python
- Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDb, Redis or similar
- Experience with test automation, continuous delivery and unit testing frameworks
- You should have a passion for learning and the talent to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
- Interest in other platforms and technologies, as well as future trends
- Interest in mentoring junior team members
- Understanding of full-stack, web and mobile development (not expert)
- Understanding of current programming paradigms: functional programming, reactive programming, actor model, etc.
- You are able to communicate fluently in English, our company language.
- German skills are beneficial, but not required.
- The ability to discuss project work with our customers over phone, video conference, or at our or their premises.
- Some travelling will be required
