20. November 2012–
VentureVillage is proud to announce a fresh partnership with Apex Communications to serve up the creme of Berlin’s tech scene for your learning and motivational pleasure.
Whether it be curbing the hype to cut to the raw-reality of the industry, or gaining new insights, skills and found-knowledge on certain fields of the tech and startup sector, it’ll all be here over a monthly, three-hour Power Session.
Held in the intimate and exclusive Whisky Room at Berlin’s Michelberger Hotel, the Power Sessions will boast four leading industry figures as speakers across the fields of business, marketing, media and arts – to a crowd of up to 40 attendees. Of course, drinks will also be on-hand to conclude each event for a spot of networking.
The lowdown on the first session – 12 December 2o12
Internationalising your business – The ins and outs of going global
Today in Europe, it’s become increasingly vital and profitable for startups to market their wares on a global scale. Unlike the homogeneous playing field of the US, there are 23 languages alone in the EU – making “starting local” onerous without a battle-plan for internationalisation.
To arm you with all the know-how on “going global,” the first session, proudly sponsored by the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, will cover topics such as:
- International business development
- Going global with a VC
- Developing the global image of your brand
