Online advertising platform Sociomantic Labs has today rolled out its operations in Stockholm. Spearheading expansion in the region is Frederic Saigne, who joins the company as Managing Director Nordics.
Founded in Berlin in 2009, Sociomantic – which aims at making display advertising more intelligent and offers real-time reporting to clients – has 15 offices worldwide. The latest announcement follows a series of recent openings in Milan, Singapore and Mumbai. The company also claims to be bootstrapped and “profitable since founding”.
In Europe, Sociomantic faces competition from YD – an Amsterdam-headquartered performance advertising company that scored €4.6m from Partech Venturse Berlin alongside Active Ventures Partners in September.
