4YFN is a four day, hands-on experience focusing on mobile entrepreneurship and innovation. Created by Mobile World Capital and GSMA Mobile World Congress, the event is devoted to mobile startups and entrepreneurs, and will bring together experts, investors, communities, incubators and accelerators from around the globe. Martin Varsavsky, founder and CEO of fon, will take to the stage as the event’s keynote speaker. Held in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress, the 4YFN tickets also include a one-day EVP pass to the Mobile World Congress on Thursday 5 March.

The monthly StarTUp Monday is the perfect occasion for casual networking with startups and like-minded alumni and students, for sharing ideas, talking about starting a business and getting to know the lively founders network of TU Berlin – accompanied by free snacks and drinks. An introduction on the cooperation of startups and large scale enterprises will be given by TU startup Cringle. Cringle has developed an app for transferring money and recently announced the cooperation with Deutsche Kreditbank.

Smau, the leading technology and innovation trade show in Italy is organizing its first event in Berlin to showcase the Italian innovative excellences.The event will host an exhibition area with 50 innovative startups and SMEs representing ‘Made in Italy’ innovation. The two-day programme of Smau Berlin will include an institutional launch event followed by five pitching sessions by startups and companies that will show to the audience their innovations, technologies, products, and services. After each pitch session there will be a round table focused on the main aspects of the innovation ecosystem. During the event attendees can have one-to-one meetings in order to go in deep with the more interesting companies and startups.
Jacobs Startup Competition

Jacobs Startup Competition (JSC) is taking place on 13th and 14th of March 2015 at Jacobs University in Bremen, Germany. The concept of the event gives participants from all over Europe, the US and especially Germany, the opportunity to present their innovations and business ideas in front of a highly credible jury in one of the largest student-run business competitions in Northern Germany. In addition, there are various workshops, where young talents can acquire and enrich their knowledge and work on their business ideas. This year´s focus is on fostering technological ideas under the topic “From Vision to Venture”.
