The Factory is Berlin’s newest and most ambitious office and co-working project. At the heart of the German capital, the building will house some of the biggest and most promising names in startups, including SoundCloud and 6Wunderkinder. JMES Investments, together with s+p Real Estate, will re-work the historic ex-brewery into a cutting-edge working environment worth a two-digit million euro figure.
