Bayer is launching the Grants4Apps Accelerator program with TOP 5 digital health startups from Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, India/UK, and Germany, working on software & hardware technology solutions. At this after-work Kick-off event, the startups will pitch their projects and attendees will have the opportunity to visit the new startup space where they will work for the next 3.5 months. Attendees will also have the chance to pitch their projects or startups, however they will have to earn that opportunity during the event. Heavy networking is desired and will be promoted.

MakerCamp Demo Day

Makers from around the globe came together for the whole month of August to design and build a Makerspace in a sea-freight container on Factory Campus. The camp participants are sharing one vision of creating physical projects for solving problems in their local communities (e.g. energy consumption monitoring, 3D scanning solution for repairs, battery charging solutions and much more). All projects will be presented to a selected crowd of maker enthusiasts. Participation by invitation only.

Berlin Music Week
